The 32nd International Symposium on Combustion will be held at the main downtown campus of McGill University in Montreal, which is approximately 20 km (12 miles) east of the Trudeau International Airport.
Taxi or limousine service is available for rapid and convenient access from the airport to Montréal. No reservation is needed - simply follow the signs outside the baggage claim area to the taxi queue. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted. Some drivers accept American dollars; however, provincial laws specify that clients must pay in Canadian dollars. Currently, the flat rate from Trudeau Airport to downtown Montreal is $34.75 CAD for a taxi and $49.50 CAD for a limousine. These rates are subject to change without notice.

Important information for U.S. citizens
Proof of U.S. citizenship (such as a U.S. passport) is now required to enter Canada. A driver's license or a social security card is not considered valid proof of citizenship. Please consult the Bureau of Consulate Affairs website for more information.
There is a limited amount of paid visitor parking on campus. However, there are parking meters close by on the streets around campus. For more adventurous drivers, free street parking can be found in the student ghetto immediately east of campus. In the student ghetto, drivers must take care not to park in reserved sections or during street cleaning hours. Reserved sections are indicated on signposts with a red square. Street cleaning hours are also indicated on signposts in French.
